The University of Évora has the pleasure to announce the 14th International Farming Systems Association (IFSA) Conference.
The Conference will be held in the centre of the historical city of Évora (Portugal), from the 20th to the 26th of March 2020.
The Conference addresses “Farming Systems Facing Climate Change and Resource Challenges”, and will be structured around 6 main Themes:
1) Innovation support services;
2) The intersection of science and practice: farming system perspectives;
3) Agroecology as a response to climate change;
4) Food systems, networks and power structures;
5) Smart technologies in farming and food systems;
6) Landscape integration of farming.
Calls for both i) Proposals for Sessions and ii) Abstracts are now open. The deadline is May 1st 2019.
